About This Project
Co-led a pilot integrating multi-agent AI orchestration with five specialized agents (planning, research, code review, frontend, accessibility) to enforce TDD, conduct research, run formal reviews, and ensure WCAG AA compliance. The initiative established a rigorous workflow combining AI-driven code generation with human-in-loop review, shipping 2–3 complex API/UI features with zero critical defects, WCAG AA compliance with minimal accessibility rework, and reduced rework vs. team baseline. The documented workflow became a reusable template for cross-team adoption.
