Designed a follow-the-sun workflow with offshore developers (story-segmentation handoffs across timezones) plus AI-augmented dev tooling that lifted team velocity ~2.5x (22→62 points per 2-week sprint) and shipped release-ready code across 6–8 sprints with a brand-new team.
